FEE SCHEDULE FOR UNLAWFUL DETAINER
NOTICE TO QUIT - $195.00 includes preparation of Notice to Pay Rent or Quit, 3, 30 or 60 Day's Notice to Quit and service of Notice by Registered Process Server. Add $50.00 for service of Notice of Tenant's Rights under the Tenant Protection Act if it has not been served.
UNCONTESTED - $1,100.00* flat fee ANY COUNTY for rent and damages not exceeding $10,000 and
* Add $145 for rent and damages exceeding $10,000 but not over $35,000
* Add $100 for uncontested post foreclosure eviction
* Add $34.50 for service of each defendant in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties
* Order to Serve by Post and Mail, as necessary
- $150.00 for all counties
CONTESTED - $375.00 for AM or PM Court Trial or hearing by appearance attorney -$600.00 for AM or PM Court Trial appearance by Darlene Allen
- $2,000.00 per day plus costs for Jury Trial
- $325.00 per hour to respond to Discovery
LOCKOUT FEES - $270.00 for all counties
